The School
The Charles Dickens School is a rapidly-improving, non-selective 11-18 school located in Broadstairs, Kent. We have a vision and a determination to provide our community with an excellent school and we are making great strides towards this. Our results in 2022 identify us as the most improved school in Kent (out of 101 secondary schools) and one of the most improved schools in the country.

The Charles Dickens School is part of Barton Court Academy Trust, a small, ambitious Trust which also comprises a high achieving grammar school, Barton Court Grammar School and Barton Manor School, a new non-selective school which opened in September 2022.
The Post
A highly qualified Second in Mathematics assigned to a Key Stage is required to start in January 2024 or sooner. This offers an excellent opportunity to work in a forward-thinking department with supportive colleagues and would suit an enthusiastic candidate who is looking to broaden their expertise.
