Launch of KS3 The Brilliant Club
Posted on: 27/03/2019A group of 12 Year 7 and Year 8 students attended the launch of KS3 The Brilliant Club at Royal Holloway University.
Students explored the University campus and took part is several skills based workshop. They found it fascinating how large and picturesque the University was and were excited by the opportunities offered to them.
This group of students will be working hard over the coming terms completing academic research with a PhD graduate into the causes of disease and how to effectively prevent diseases like malaria.
Before graduating later in the year, students will produce their own pieces of academic writing and will complete a 1500 word final piece.
